Luka and his team did an outstanding job of upgrading our kitchen. They did a cabinet door refacing. He completed the job in a timely manner. Pricing was very reasonable and we would highly recommend this company. Wish we had done this upgrade years ago.

I have known Luka for about 5 years now and consider myself fortunate to have met him. Great guy for starters. Have had him and his company work on various projects for us at our beach house in Nags Head and he has taken good care of our friends in the area as well. Very responsive, dependable and great work. If you need help with anything, call Luka. If he can't do it, he likely knows someone else just as reputable that can help you. Highly recommend!

Over the past year, Luka has completed several projects at our recently purchased home in Nags Head and we have had an excellent experience. He has completed several projects including lvp floor installation, deck rebuild, appliance replacement and a bathroom remodel. Notably, the total deck tear down and rebuild was a huge success and Luka spent countless hours to arrange appropriate subcontractors, obtain permits and work with us to gain HOA approval. Throughout all of the projects, Luka has been very dedicated, knowledgeable, honest and trustworthy. He does outstanding work for a reasonable price and to top it off, he is friendly to work with! We will continue to utilize Luka for various projects in the future and feel lucky to have found him!

We cannot say enough wonderful things about Berezljev Jokic, Christine, and their entire team. We trust them fully with maintaining our Airbnb, and that says everything. Their attention to detail truly sets them apart. In addition to cleaning, they have been an absolute asset on the contracting side. If I could give 1000 stars I would! Do not hesitate for any reason to call Lucka for help with Ideal Home Services. It seems he is an expert of all trades, and if can't do it he knows someone who can. To top it all off he is super nice and accommodating. Lucka is very trustworthy...since we don't live full time in OBX and rent in the summer there are times he goes in our house when no one is here or when guests are checked in and I never have had to worry. All guests who have met him have also praised his work and customer service/professionalism. He has fixed fences, fixed & installed door locks, simple plumbing issues, installed window units, ceiling fans, and much-much more. He was even so kind to teach me how to do some simple things in our house in Kill Devil Hills because it is a cinder block home and typically easy things have to be uniquely done. In summary, pick the phone up now!
